Exmouth to Lyme Regis/Lyme Regis to Exmouth

The West entrance to the Jurassic Coast. You will start in Exmouth, Devon, popular for sailing, kite surfing and paddleboarding, and head to Orcombe Point. This geoneedle landmark represents 180 million years of the Earth’s history. This is where the views begin as you look back East over the Exe estuary and out to sea. Heading off to Budleigh Salterton you soon arrive at the impressive sandstone sea stacks of Ladram Bay. The beaches of Sidmouth, Beer and Seaton follow before entering the other worldly Undercliff National Nature Reserve. After glimpses of the coastline, you reemerge from the woods at the beautiful West Dorset town of Lyme Regis.
